welp, today was my first day in the gym in weeks (months??). it felt good, but i got winded so fast! such a difference from the summer. i definitely would like to change that now that i’m on break from school! who says you have to wait for the new year to make a positive change? :)

i survived thanksgiving! it was a nice day off from counting calories. i did eat a lot at dinner, but i didn’t feel sick or anything… until dessert. i had a big slice of apple pie with ice-cream, which definitely got to me later on lol. at midnight, my sister and i drove out to the mall and i felt soo nauseous in the car. but thankfully shopping/walking around definitely helped me feel a bit better.
i still felt full yesterday morning so breakfast kind of turned into lunch. i also may or may not have spent the entire day in pajamas on the couch napping and watching tv… :)

about to leave to go to my aunt’s for thanksgiving dinner! no calorie counting today, but i plan to *try* to not go overboard. i actually don’t like thanksgiving foods that much (except for mashed potatoes and pie, of course), so i don’t think it will be that hard. maybe. i started the day off with a green smoothie (baby spinach, arugula, celery, banana, apple) and just had a salad right now, so i feel good!. i’ll probably eat some black beans just to fill me up before we go. and i plan on drinking like 3 cups of water on the way there.
good luck fitblrs!

omg yesterday was such a food failure. it was my last day of class before our mini thanksgiving break, so of course i was just thinking about school and everything i had to turn in… and i somehow completely forgot to pack my lunch and water bottle. and i was at school from 12:00 to 6:00 staaarving to death. i did buy an apple and an orange, but still. it messed up my whole day :( especially forgetting my water bottle because when i’m at school i usually drink like 6+ cups lol.
i also didn’t realize i was so under my calories, because i didn’t add everything up until i was already in bed. oh well, today will be better!

once again, my eating schedule was so messed up because of sleeping late + work. breakfast at 2PM, lunch at 6PM, dinner at 11PM. it kind of works though because it prevents me from late-night snacking lol.
in other news, i weighed myself for the first time in weeks and i lost 3 pounds! so i’m 121 now. i haven’t been exercising, so i wasn’t expecting that, but i’m happy! it feels good to be going down again instead of up! i can’t weight to break out of the 120’s again. :)

lol @ my pathetic breakfast… but i made up for it during lunch/dinner. all of the stuff in my lunch and dinner was not eaten all at once… i ate each thing like an hour or more apart. i had work last night from 4PM to 1AM so my eating schedule got thrown wayy off. like i ate the pasta at like 1:30AM after i got home lol.
proud of myself for resisting the deep dish pizza though. i work at a pizza place and we always get to eat the pizzas that get messed up. i usually don’t eat any, but i had never tried our deep dish pizza so i wanted to taste it b/c deep dish pizza (from giordanos) is one of my favorite foods. so i had 2 bites then threw the rest out. :)
in response to my last post, working actually helped take my mind off things and i feel a loooot better.
